Discipline Code and Letters for Families: To help provide students with a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment, the Chancellor's Citywide Behavioral Expectations to Support Student Learning (including the Discipline Code) outlines the guidelines and expectations for student behavior in school. The Discipline Code for grades K–5 and 6–12, issued in the 2019–20 school year, remains in effect for the 2023–24 school year and applies to all students.  


Please visit the Respect for All webpage to learn about DOE policies and procedures for preventing and addressing student-to-student sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, bullying, intimidation, and/or discrimination. 


New York State Education Law § 2-d is a state law that places responsibilities on the DOE and outside parties who receive student "personally identifiable information" or "PII" from the DOE through a written agreement. You can read more about the Parent Bill of Rights.

~The Community Education Council (CEC)~

In accordance with its Bylaws, the CEC32 shall meet on the third Thursday of every month. Dates are subject to change, however, if the meetings fall on pre-determined school events or during breaks. All changes will be announced at least two weeks in advance.

All CEC32 meetings are open to the public. We encourage our entire District 32 community to join us. Your input is vital to the growth of our schools.
